Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a relevant area such as Software or Electronic Engineering. You should have strong experience in embedded C++ software development, familiarity with STL, and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming. Knowledge of Embedded Linux and RTOS is essential. You will be expected to work with existing libraries of programs and perform unit and system testing. Additionally, you should be able to undertake and complete all relevant project and product documentation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining embedded C++ software solutions. You will be involved in designing and manufacturing efficient energy solutions used nationwide. You will also take part in unit and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the documentation process for projects and products.
Description
We offer a competitive starting salary of up to £65,000, along with a variety of benefits, including private medical insurance, 25 days of annual leave, a 5% matched pension plan, and a discretionary annual bonus. You will work with a growing and skilled team in an environment that emphasizes innovation and collaboration. This position is based in Brentwood, with a requirement of 2 days on-site per week.
