Lead Data and Machine Learning Architect

In this role, I will expect you to own the design, implementation, and maintenance of logical and physical data models. You will be responsible for building and managing robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and unify data from various sources. You'll select appropriate storage and processing technologies, define and enforce data governance policies, and ensure that our data infrastructure is optimized for performance and scalability. As you lead the development of machine learning models, you will also manage data preparation for training and evaluation, experiment with hyperparameter tuning, and deploy models into production environments while monitoring their performance. Collaboration with project managers and business teams will be crucial to aligning data and ML capabilities with strategic initiatives.
