Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 1 year of experience in IT support. You should have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn and grow. Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics is essential. A full UK driving license and your own transport are required, as our location is not accessible by public transport.
Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for customer queries, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that systems are running smoothly. You will log, track, and resolve cases using our ITSM tool, and work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, virtualization, and backups. Additionally, you will assist in developing knowledge base articles and internal support documentation, while also escalating issues effectively when necessary and owning the resolution process.
