Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a first-line or second-line IT Service Desk role
- Confidence supporting Microsoft Office 365
- Strong understanding of Networking, Azure Services, Active Directory and Exchange
- Collaborative mindset and pride in delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support
- A full, clean driving licence, travel between sites is required
Responsibilities
- Work closely with fellow IT Support Engineers and the wider IT team to deliver high-quality support
- Set up, configure and optimise laptops, mobile devices and user accounts, supporting smooth onboarding
- Install, maintain and support authorised software, ensuring systems remain secure and fully updated
- Play a key role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across the business
