Requirements
Must:
- Must have B2+ language skills in Dutch or French
- A passion for digital technology and a strong interest in developing an IT career
- Knowledge of PC hardware configuration and Windows operating systems (XP–7 minimum)
- Awareness of remote support desk environments
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
- Friendly, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous helpdesk experience is beneficial but not essential—ideal for first-line IT starters
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for client support calls and tickets
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to AV/IT equipment
- Resolve incidents efficiently and escalate where necessary
- Identify root causes and maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system
- Work within established processes, ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across written and verbal channels
- Support continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving
