Requirements
Must:
- Firsthand experience of delivering the entire endpoint device life cycle and applying best practice in the efficient and secure delivery, operation, and disposal of devices.
- Proven experience of end-point management using Microsoft tooling such as Intune and Autopilot.
- Direct experience of developing security and compliance policies for endpoints.
- Experience with AV technologies for meeting rooms including conferencing systems, displays, and control systems.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure successful design, delivery, and operation of endpoint solutions.
- Experience of working within an IT Service Management framework such as ITIL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of endpoint capabilities to ensure the secure and effective delivery, operation and disposal of endpoint devices including meeting room equipment.
- Strengthen endpoint security through Defender policies, vulnerability monitoring and timely updates.
- Diagnose and resolve device, software, connectivity and AV issues for all users.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable solutions and clear technical documentation.
- Mentor colleagues and drive continuous improvement by staying current with modern workplace technologies.
