Requirements
Must:
- Strong data manipulation and analytical skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous
- Analysis and data gathering skills using Excel to manage large volumes of data (e.g., Macros, Pivot Tables)
- Broad technical knowledge of business systems
- Previous experience with HR Information Systems platforms is advantageous
- SAP S4Hana & SuccessFactors experience is desirable (full training will be provided)
- Good communicator with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the People team and wider business by offering management information (MI) through data analysis
- Create and maintain standard reporting including monthly statistics, dashboards, scheduled reports, and ad-hoc MI requests
- Analyze and model employee data to support decision making
- Provide insights for HR Business partners, the wider HR function, and senior stakeholders by identifying trends and supporting strategic decision making
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities with a focus on delivering business benefits through key business data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels

This opportunity is based in Bradford but will relocate to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, supporting a hybrid working arrangement.
