Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking a candidate with strong experience in backend development (Python, FastAPI) and modern frontend technologies (Next.js, React, TypeScript).
- I want someone who has deep knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), API design (REST/GraphQL), and data workflows.
- Proven leadership or senior engineering background is essential, along with experience mentoring, reviewing code, and owning projects.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable cloud solutions (AWS preferred) is a must.
- I am looking for sharp problem-solving skills and the confidence to make smart architectural and technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial, as the candidate will need to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the end-to-end development of scalable backend services and intuitive frontend applications.
- I expect you to define engineering standards, architecture, and best practices for a high-performing technical team.
- Partnering closely with product, design, QA, and data teams to deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences will be a key part of your role.
- You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
- Overseeing performance, security, and maintainability across all platforms will be within your purview.
- You will champion modern engineering workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust QA practices.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and making strategic decisions that shape the future of our products and systems will be part of your responsibilities.
