Must:
We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows environments. You should have the ability to learn and support bespoke internal applications, along with previous experience in an IT support role within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). A working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure administration is essential. You’ll need to understand networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs. A full, clean driving license is required, as is basic knowledge of PowerShell.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver responsive 1st and 2nd line support for our Windows and macOS users. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving issues across both Windows, macOS, and our bespoke internal systems. You will manage user accounts and core Microsoft 365 admin tasks, as well as set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices, hardware, and software. Additionally, you'll assist with the deployment of firewalls, switches, and business-grade equipment, maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation, and support the onboarding and offboarding of users. Travel to other sites will be necessary to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
