Requirements
Must:
- Experience in supporting telephony systems, preferably with Mitel platform
- Knowledge of applications such as Mitel Border Gateway, MiVoice Business, Mitel Contact Centre, and Micollab
- Familiarity with other telephony applications such as call recording, Workforce Management, Eckoh IVR, and Dialler
- Strong workload management skills and the ability to work at pace
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies as they evolve
Responsibilities
- Manage and support telephony applications for main sites and branch network on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot complex telephony problems across suppliers and departments using a logical and methodical approach
- Collate information to escalate to our 3rd party support when required
- Lead the planning and coordination of planned works, including raising changes and representation at CAB
- Update stakeholders regarding planned changes
- Support colleagues through implementation of service improvements and assist in the use of our systems
- Provide out-of-hours support through on-call duties and planned changes
- Ensure documentation meets required standards and is centrally maintained for all support services and systems
- Assist colleagues in adopting our technology applications and best practices
