Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 5 years of experience as a software Product Manager with a proven track record of shipping SaaS products.
- I’m looking for someone with experience in B2B subscription or membership and data-led products.
- A strong Agile practice is essential; you should be confident turning strategy into user stories and delivery plans.
- I need you to have proven ownership of a solution from end to end, delivering clear commercial results.
- You should be skilled at uncovering customer insights and championing the voice of the client.
- I expect you to be comfortable sizing opportunities and building evidence-based business cases.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions is necessary.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills are a must; you should be able to listen, question, and use data to address concerns.
Responsibilities
- You will capture and model user workflows and requirements for current and future users.
- I expect you to translate the product vision into a clear roadmap, requirements, and prioritised user stories.
- You'll manage the product backlog and partner with Engineering to plan and ship increments.
- Leading discovery, validation, and business casing for new ideas and features will be part of your role.
- You will own product analytics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Delivering against commercial KPIs, including revenue, profit, and operational metrics, will be your responsibility.
- I require you to define and execute go-to-market plans for new features and improvements.
Description
I am offering a role as a Product Manager located in Shoreditch, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office. The salary range for this permanent position is £70,000 - £90,000, plus benefits. Join me in shaping a data-driven platform that helps organisations measure, reduce, and report their carbon impact. As part of my collaborative team across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM, you will ship regularly, solve real user problems, and influence the roadmap.
