Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, both Low-code and pro-code approaches to system and application development
- Strong leadership ability – with the ability to engage stakeholders at high level, and develop the skills of the team reporting in to you
- The ability to take charge of your own workstream, whilst working collaboratively across the business
- The ability to deliver assurance and governance for key workstreams
Responsibilities
- Maximising the use of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dataverse, NET, and Azure cloud services ensuring cost effectiveness and strategic alignment across NHS Wales
- Lead the definition and governance of HEIW’s enterprise technical architecture
- Establish and enforce standards for software development and architecture to ensure consistency, best practice, quality, and alignment
- Leading and developing a high performing team to deliver excellent products and services
Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to take a leading role in delivering against multiple workstreams, including a significant multi-year platform centralisation project.
