Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering Salesforce SaaS solutions
- Leadership experience in a Salesforce consultancy or similar organisation
- Proven ability to generate comprehensive business strategy for consultancy services
- Demonstrated success in building and developing teams
- Clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to own targets and report performance to Senior Leadership Teams
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a consultancy strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Define, scope, and scale the Salesforce Consultancy arm of the business
- Provide technical oversight to ensure high-quality implementations of Salesforce systems
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of Salesforce consultants
- Manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, customers, and Salesforce
- Report regularly to the C-Suite on performance and strategy

We offer a competitive salary of up to £67,000, flexible working arrangements, and generous holiday allowances, including 30 days plus bank holidays.
