Requirements
Must:
- Experience with M365 rollouts or pilots, ideally including Copilot or similar AI tools
- Strong communication skills to engage with IT, business, and security professionals
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to navigate and manage chaos effectively
- Bonus: Experience in regulated sectors (utilities, finance, healthcare, public sector)
- Bonus: Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, or compliance frameworks
- Bonus: Proven track record of successful adoption program rollouts
Responsibilities
- Lead pilot phases and oversee rollout across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and M365
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Change teams to ensure compliance
- Organize and tidy up data, manage permissions, and enhance collaboration spaces
- Facilitate user adoption through training, communications, and practical guidance
- Report progress, risks, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft and external partners
Description
We are Yolk Recruitment, and we are currently seeking a Copilot Implementation Lead for an initial 9-month contract based in South Wales with a hybrid working model. We are collaborating with a client who is eager to maximize their investment in Microsoft Copilot. Our team is excited to welcome someone who will transform Copilot from a concept into a valuable tool for our client. We offer a competitive day rate of £500 - £600 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real difference.
