Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Salesforce Application and/or Systems Architect certification(s).
- Experience with Agile methodology and building a Salesforce DevOps pipeline process.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Platform (Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Unit Testing).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and experience configuring Lightning Web components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools using APIs and middleware.
- Strong understanding of data migration and ETL tools.
- Proficiency in code change control using BitBucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of sophisticated business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns.
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and Web Services.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a high-performing cross-functional development team by providing regular feedback and nurturing their technical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating closely with our Product team to prioritize, assign, and deliver upcoming work, ensuring that the implemented software aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Offering technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems.
- Customizing Salesforce to fulfill specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality, performance, and security of developed solutions.
- Developing software solutions to address business problems, utilizing established design patterns and coding standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
