Must:
We are looking for a Lead Dynamics Developer with proven experience in Dynamics, C#, and microservice architecture. You should have a solid background in creating applications using Dynamics, alongside good knowledge of PowerApps and PowerApps integrations. Additionally, familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages—C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript—is required. We value line management or team coaching experience, as you will be responsible for managing five direct reports. Please note that security clearance is required for this role, which means you must have lived in the UK for at least the past five years.
Responsibilities
As the Lead Dynamics Developer, you will manage a team of five while focusing on Dynamics Development and contributing to our departmental strategy. You will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to build enterprise-level applications, create and integrate PowerApps, and develop automated tests. Your leadership will be vital in fostering the growth of your direct reports.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £75,000, a pension scheme of up to 27.9%, and full flexi-time options, allowing you to work your 37.5 hours between 5 am and 10 pm. You can also accrue flexi-time, enabling you to take a fifth day off when working 37.5 hours in just four days. Our team benefits from unlimited access to Pluralsight learning videos and 25 days of annual leave, which increases to 30 days over time, in addition to bank holidays.
