Responsibilities
- Providing 1st line technical support to 1000+ users globally via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service in line with ITIL best practices
- Logging incidents with our external 3rd party service providers
- Assisting in updating the IT Support knowledge bank
- Logging calls into our ticket management system
- Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive in resolving issues
- Allocating more complex calls to the relevant teams where appropriate
Description
We are a Business Consultancy seeking an IT Support Technician for a short-term assignment in Nantgarw. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 4 days on-site, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. At a competitive rate of £12.21 per hour, we prioritize strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Join our team and help us provide excellent support to our global user base.
