Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd line support via phone, email and face to face
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Escalating and triaging complex incidents across technology teams
- Supporting IT projects and system improvements
- Maintaining knowledge base documentation
- Working to SLA targets within an ITIL-based support environment
Description
We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing technology team supporting over 1,500 users across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you will provide 2nd line support and resolve complex technical issues while working closely with our wider infrastructure and product teams. We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits.
