We seek individuals with strong leadership and facilitation skills, who have experience in motivating and enabling team performance. Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential. You should be experienced in managing change and engaging cross-functional teams, with a solid understanding of safety, compliance, and production support processes.

In this role, I will lead enablement activities for production rate increases, embedding new practices and process improvements. I will develop and maintain governance frameworks for future strategy, tooling, and capital planning. I will explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to support sustainability goals, while providing leadership and direction to enablement teams to ensure capability and empowerment to deliver. Additionally, I will manage daily tool control processes, ensure LOLER compliance, and drive FOD reduction initiatives. I will also support EHS and airworthiness compliance while promoting SQCDP improvements across operations and act as a key liaison with Capex and other business functions.
Description
This position reports into the enablement leadership team, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. We are excited to welcome diverse candidates who are enthusiastic about making a significant impact in our aviation client’s operations. The role offers an initial 12-month contract based at our major site in Broughton and is offered inside IR35 at a rate of £29.44 per hour. We will conduct a single-stage interview process for this exciting opportunity.
