Must:
We are looking for a competent Frontend Developer with solid experience in API usage within a cloud-first environment. You should have demonstrable experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js, as well as the ability to efficiently utilize RESTful web services. A good understanding of microservice architecture and experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, coding, testing, and documentation of small to large-scale, complex, or mission-critical applications and solutions in a cloud-first environment. Your key duties will include:
- Building web-based Front End interfaces using React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Line managing a team of 4-6 Frontend Developers within a matrix-managed structure.
- Implementing toolkits and APIs for integration, performance optimization, security, and scalability purposes.
- Proactively investigating problems and opportunities in existing processes, evaluating, and communicating your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of up to £75,000, alongside a robust pension scheme with a 28.9% employer contribution. You will have the flexibility to work your 37.5 hours on any schedule between 5 am and 10 pm, with the option to accrue flexi-time. If you complete your 37.5 hours in 4 days, you can enjoy a fifth day off. You'll also have unlimited access to Pluralsight learning videos and start with 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays.
