Requirements
Must:
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work
- Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Energetic and positive outlook
- Advantageous experience within the telecoms industry (not essential)
- A full UK Driving licence
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality of service through calls and emails, adhering to agreed service levels
- Provide first line support to our customers in a professional manner
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and manage to completion
- Customise phone systems remotely as per customer requests
- Troubleshoot faults related to the customers phone system, broadband, and mobiles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures
- Attend customer sites when required to diagnose faults with telecoms and IT hardware and software
