Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency
- Proven agency experience managing web projects, from templated builds to bespoke platforms
- Strong adaptability, structure, and clarity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage clients and senior stakeholders effectively
- Highly organised and analytical approach
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Genuine interest in digital, web design, and development
- Self-motivated and driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Certified Scrum Master and/or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
- University degree is welcome but not essential
Responsibilities
- Act as Head of Project Management across all agency projects
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout each project
- Ensure every client project has a clearly defined delivery schedule
- Lead sprint planning and delivery management across teams
- Actively manage team capacity, workload, and resourcing
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and third parties
- Own and champion Asana as the project management platform
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within live projects
- Ensure outstanding brand and customer experience at every touchpoint
- Take accountability for project-level commercial performance
- Oversee internal and business-critical projects
- Support wider business priorities where needed
