- EPOS experience is essential
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage budgets, governance, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in operational or manufacturing environments
- Ability to track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and process mapping
Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects across business and technology teams
- Create and maintain project plans
- Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and the wider business
- Facilitate working groups and project forums
- Gather and analyse requirements from initial concepts to detailed delivery
- Lead process mapping and redesign, defining As-Is and To-Be processes
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including implementation
- Ensure strong project reporting, governance, and budget control
