Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python fundamentals
- Interest in AI / LLM systems
- Comfortable working with real-world, imperfect data
- Curious mindset and problem-solving approach
- Experience with APIs, ETL, or data pipelines (bonus)
- Exposure to AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.) (bonus)
- Built your own tools, agents, or side projects (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Developing Python-based AI systems
- Working with real operational data (jobs, routes, timing, resources)
- Building decision logic (allocation, pressure detection, optimisation)
- Contributing to the design of AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Helping evolve data pipelines (CSV → API → near real-time systems)
Description
We are building a next-generation AI system designed to improve real-world operational decision-making across a fast-moving logistics environment. This includes developing AI agents that can analyse, reason, and support decisions across different parts of the business. We offer a direct involvement in building a system from the ground up with real-world impact. Our benefits include a company pension and on-site parking, and we are located in Ramsgate CT12.
