Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as Head of IT in logistics, supply chain, or related technology-led industries.
- Strong understanding of the operational realities of logistics businesses and their IT needs.
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
- Strong background in software development and delivery practices.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to critical deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen, always looking for good Return On Investment projects.
- Adaptability to thrive in a complex business environment.

- Provide line management, mentorship, and support to team leads and developers.
- Ensure consistent performance management, career development, and skills growth across teams.
- Act as the senior escalation point for IT and development issues.
- Lead, influence, and develop IT teams across several businesses.
- Contribute significantly to the strategic direction of technology and act as a bridge between IT and the business.
- Play a key role in succession planning for the CTO role.
