Responsibilities
- Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute sessions
- Swap devices and complete scripted checks
- Confirm successful handover of devices
- Ensure new devices boot, connect, and function correctly
- Collect and record return of old devices
- Escalate any issues to on-site technical support
Description
We are looking for a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join our team in Derby for a 4-month project. Our primary goal is to ensure a seamless transition for users as they receive new devices. We value strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. We offer a supportive work environment with standard 8-hour days from Monday to Friday.
