Requirements

Must:
- 5 years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform - Strong knowledge of ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and IRM modules - Experience overseeing configuration, custom development, and integrations - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices - Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects - Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models - Strong governance, risk, and delivery management capability - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams - Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving - Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM) - Preferred: ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP certifications - Preferred: Consulting background or experience within a large professional services organisation - Preferred: Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and delivery objectives are met - Ensure alignment with internal delivery standards and client governance frameworks - Identify and manage delivery risks, including security, audit, and quality considerations - Provide hands-on and advisory support across ServiceNow configuration, customisation, and integrations - Guide delivery teams on scripting, automation, and ServiceNow best practices - Oversee implementations across modules including ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and IRM - Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs - Maintain clear communication and manage client expectations throughout the engagement - Lead UAT and performance testing activities - Ensure defects are tracked and resolved effectively - Support documentation and knowledge transfer to enable operational handover - Support proposals, bids, or client presentations where required - Contribute to internal practice initiatives or thought leadership - Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through certifications and enablement activities
