- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar
- Experience with AWS (S3, OpenSearch)
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred)
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain document management, archiving, and signing solutions
- Work with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Ensure software meets IT standards, security, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors on solutions and roadmaps
- Support security hardening and vulnerability management
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
- Analyse business requirements and maintain technical documentation
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team
Description
We are a leading consultant in the banking and finance sector, currently seeking an experienced Software Engineer (Contractor) to support our regulated banking client on their Document Management & Workflow systems. This is a fully remote role requiring availability in EU working hours, with an initial 6-month contract starting at the end of February or early March. We offer a collaborative and innovative environment for our team members to contribute to key projects involving cloud technologies and SharePoint Online.
