Responsibilities
- Manage incoming security requests and operational tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Execute day-to-day security tasks such as permission management, firewall rule updates, and access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to support identity and access management and ensure adherence to security policies
- Maintain and improve documentation for security operational procedures
- Identify and contribute to opportunities for automation and process optimisation
- Support continuous improvement of operational efficiency and control effectiveness
Description
We are a leading Quant Trading firm seeking a Security Engineer for an entry-level position. This role is ideal for a graduate with 1-3 years of commercial security experience looking to focus on security engineering. We offer extensive training and development to help you succeed in this role. Our package includes a highly competitive salary and an exceptional annual bonus. This is predominantly an office-based role, so we are looking for candidates within commutable distance of central London.
