Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in data analytics within operational resilience, technology resilience, or enterprise risk environments
- Experience building dashboards and reporting across complex technology estates
- Strong understanding of incidents, service management, change management, and observability data
- Ability to translate technical and operational data into clear leadership insight
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technology, resilience, and governance teams
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
- Strong fits may come from operational resilience analytics, technology risk reporting, enterprise data analytics, service management analytics, or resilience assurance backgrounds
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain resilience KPIs and KRIs aligned to key operational resilience outcomes
- Integrate data from incidents, observability platforms, change failures, and service management tools
- Analyse trends to identify systemic weaknesses, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Produce clear, executive-ready dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
- Support prioritisation of remediation activity through evidence-based insight
- Deliver resilience scorecards, systemic risk reporting, and governance-ready analysis

We are supporting a global enterprise undergoing a major transformation across technology operations and resilience. We are looking for a senior Data Analyst to drive resilience reporting, systemic risk analysis, and executive-level insight across critical technology platforms and services. This role focuses on building resilience KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and reporting, providing clear visibility of risk and resilience maturity.
