Must:
We require active SC clearance, as it's mandatory for this position. You should have experience in field or mobile engineering, as well as multi-site deployment work. A solid understanding of Windows devices, hardware troubleshooting, and configuration is essential. Additionally, we value strong customer-facing skills and professional communication. You must also be willing to travel to multiple sites, with locations being finalized during project planning.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include delivering end-user device deployments at designated satellite sites. You will provide on-site support to users during and immediately after device handover. Managing device swaps, configuration checks, and basic troubleshooting will be part of your duties. You will also coordinate with our central team in Bristol to align with rollout schedules and ensure that all activities meet security and compliance protocols.
Description
This role is a contract position with an initial duration of one month and falls inside IR35. The location is in Bristol at various regional satellite sites, requiring an on-site presence. The start date is expected to be around 8 December, and we are looking to recruit 23 SC-cleared Mobile Engineers to support device deployments for a prominent organization in the aerospace and high-integrity engineering sector. Each location will see device deployments for 70-100 users.
