We are looking for a candidate with previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate confidence when dealing with customers. Its important to be comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments.
Responsibilities
As a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer, you will meet users in pre-booked 30-minute sessions to swap devices. You will complete scripted checks to confirm a successful handover, ensuring the new device boots up, connects, and functions correctly. Additionally, you will collect and record the return of old devices and escalate any issues to on-site technical support.
Description
This role is based in Inchinnan, Scotland, with a duration from December 8th to December 16th. The work hours are Monday to Friday, following a standard 8-hour day. Candidates must hold BPSS, NPPV, or SC clearance.
