Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
- Expertise in StoreFront, Delivery Controller, NetScaler (ADC/Gateway), PVS/MCS, App Layering
- Solid Windows Server, AD/GPO, and performance troubleshooting skills
- Experience in large-scale or regulated environments (financial services a plus)
- Knowledge of ControlUp, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for global Citrix environments
- Maintain platform performance and stability across multiple datacentres
- Support imaging, provisioning, and configuration management
- Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 12)
Description
We are looking for an experienced Citrix Operations Engineer to join our global financial organization, supporting a mission-critical Citrix platform used by 12,000 users worldwide. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Citrix estate, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler (ADC/Gateway), PVS/MCS, App Layering, and ControlUp, while contributing to projects such as the Trader VDI rollout and Cloud VDI adoption. This is a high-impact role in a mission-critical Citrix environment with a long-term contract lasting until March 2026. You'll have the opportunity to work with global teams on major VDI and cloud transformation projects.
