Must:
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience providing IT support. You should be familiar with Microsoft Desktops and Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and possess basic networking knowledge. A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential. Any relevant certifications will be considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide both remote and onsite support to a variety of local clients. I will ensure to keep clients up-to-date on any issues and resolve hardware and software faults. Additionally, I will be responsible for installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications while managing client expectations and adhering to support SLAs.
