We are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Office 365/Azure. You should possess excellent troubleshooting abilities and demonstrate confident decision-making skills, especially under pressure. Responsibilities
In this role, I will ask you to provide 2nd and 3rd line support, serving as the main technical escalation point. You will resolve complex IT issues to ensure minimal disruption to school operations while mentoring our 1st and 2nd line colleagues. Additionally, you will lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support internal networks, delivering staff training as needed.
