Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years experience in an IT support role (MSP experience highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and peripherals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to a variety of clients
- Provide both remote and onsite troubleshooting and fault resolution
- Install, configure and maintain Windows desktops, servers and applications
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning and permissions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems
- Ensure support tickets are managed in line with agreed SLAs
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations
- Assist with project work including migrations, upgrades and new deployments

We are a well-established Managed Services Provider based near Aldershot, seeking to expand our team with an experienced IT Support Engineer. Our diverse client base primarily consists of organizations in the Education sector and local SMEs, allowing for excellent variety and responsibility in your role. We offer the opportunity to work across multiple technologies and environments, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. This position comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000 per annum.
