Requirements
Must:
- I have 5 years of experience building enterprise SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity or data-heavy environments.
- I possess strong backend development skills with TypeScript, NestJS, Sequelize ORM, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- I have frontend expertise with ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and Chakra UI.
- I am experienced with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- I am familiar with messaging/event-driven systems such as Kafka.
- I have the ability to work closely with designers (using Figma) and translate complex business logic into intuitive UI/UX.
- I am a problem-solver with strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimisation skills.
- I thrive in high-growth startup/scale-up environments, demonstrating an adaptability and ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- I will design and develop enterprise-grade SaaS features across backend and frontend systems.
- I will build secure, scalable, and high-performing APIs and services using NestJS, GraphQL, and REST.
- I will create data-driven dashboards and UIs with React, Next.js, and Chakra UI.
- I will translate product and design requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions.
- I will troubleshoot and optimise performance across the full stack.
- I will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless client experiences.
- I will drive continuous improvements in engineering practices, tooling, and processes.
