Requirements

- Hands-on technical skills combined with a desire to lead and develop others

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of engineers, tackling escalated technical challenges across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and core MSP systems
- Coach and mentor junior engineers while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and service excellence
- Contribute to team processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
