Requirements
Must:
- Solid background in network support at 2nd line level
- Hands-on experience with Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure
- Proven knowledge of ClearPass (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do approach
Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd line support across Aruba networking technologies (wired, wireless & ClearPass)
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents quickly and effectively
- Working closely with the wider IT team to ensure uptime, performance, and security across all environments
- Supporting project delivery and network upgrades where required
- Acting as the go-to for Aruba-related expertise within the team
