Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with 10 years of experience in building and managing distributed engineering teams across multiple regions.
- A proven track record as a global leader, managing local leads and scaling high-performing teams is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS applications in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Strong technical depth is required in the following areas:
- Backend: Node.js, Typescript
- Frontend: React.js, Typescript
- Database: MySQL
- Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS, ECS, K8s, Airflow, Kafka, Serverless
- Additionally, a solid understanding of SaaS fundamentals, including onboarding, authentication, SSO, granular authorization, and multi-tenancy is necessary.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration, asynchronous tasks, and event-driven architecture is preferred.
- Ideally, exposure to cybersecurity platforms or large-scale security data systems would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- I will have the opportunity to lead and grow a global application engineering team that spans backend and frontend systems.
- My role will involve building critical SaaS capabilities for enterprise clients, including account lifecycle, access control, notifications, logging, multi-tenancy, and more.
- I will partner with local leads to ensure global alignment and consistent delivery standards.
- Driving a high-performance engineering culture through structured reviews, coaching, and career development pathways will be a key focus.
- Collaborating with Product Design to deliver intuitive and robust enterprise workflows will be part of my responsibilities.
- I will tackle complex technical challenges across large-scale data pipelines, secure access, event-driven systems, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Embedding Agile, DevOps, and best practices into the engineering organization will be a critical part of my role.
