Requirements
Must:
- Full driving license
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Experience in IT field service repair
- CompTIA A Certification (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Perform field service visits to our client base to repair failed equipment
- Assist with installation projects
- Provide telephone support to our helpdesk when required
- Stay overnight as needed to suit the business needs
- Work out of hours on a rota basis to ensure 24-hour cover 365 days a year

We are a successful Managed Service Provider based in Berkshire, looking for a Field Engineer to join our team.
