Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 24 months experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with Wi-Fi technologies, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with perimeter security, including firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and traffic filtering
- Office 365 administration skills, including Intune, Azure, and Entra
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Office, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with patch management using Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
- Ability to conduct endpoint investigation and remediation
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT queries
- Perform desktop, server, application, and cloud support in a predominantly Microsoft environment
- Respond to client emails and support calls, providing updates on issue status
- Conduct advanced diagnosis on PCs, peripherals, and applications
- Complete administrative tasks within the department, including reporting and documentation
- Ensure that commitments to customers are delivered
- Demonstrate professional behavior towards customers and colleagues
