Requirements
Must:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 years experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively
- Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals
- Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures
- Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team
- Promoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards
- Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required
- Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems
