Responsibilities
- Work within business systems teams, supporting systems that run manufacturing and supply chains
- Gain understanding of IT infrastructure and security
- Participate in team projects for successful development and implementation of IT services
- Work within IT Infrastructure, Business Applications, Process Enterprise, and Process Manufacturing
- Assist team members in delivering quality solutions and executing work tasks
- Provide implementation support, manage open issues, and escalate as needed
- Take responsibility for individual projects
- Develop knowledge, skills, and experience across all operations
- Engage in process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis and reporting
