Senior IT-Techniker

- I have over 5 years of experience in an IT support role, with at least 2 years at a senior or advanced technician level, preferably in an outsourced or managed IT services environment. - I possess strong technical proficiency, including: - Implementation of Microsoft Defender and Entra ID, along with configuring conditional access policies and responding to incidents. - Backup administration: Setting up, deploying, and maintaining reliable backup solutions for data security and recovery. - Administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. - Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. - Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar). - Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V. - Management of end-user devices (Windows, Mac, and mobile OS). - I have experience with cybersecurity fundamentals, including firewall configurations, antivirus management, multi-factor authentication, and basic incident response. - I demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and as part of a team. - Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco CCNA are preferred but not required. - Excellent customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach to technical support. - I exhibit strong organisational skills, managing my time effectively, prioritising tasks, and handling multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment. - Experience assisting with or leading technical projects, such as system migrations or infrastructure upgrades, is a benefit.
