Cyber Security Helpdesk Technician

We are looking for a skilled individual with proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support environment, specifically with Microsoft security technologies. You should have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, particularly in the configuration of Endpoint protection, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), and threat investigation and remediation. A strong background in implementing and managing Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, especially regarding identity and access management, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC, is essential. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably Microsoft Intune, is required, including device enrollment, compliance, and policy enforcement. You should possess skills in setting up logging, alerting, and reporting on security-relevant events. The ability to respond to detections, triage, remediate, escalate, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. We value good communication skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, always learning and staying current with the evolving threat landscape. A Microsoft certification(s) for security products, such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals/Associate/Expert, is required. Additional security certifications are a plus.
