IT Systems Administrator

- Provide day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT and infrastructure support across a multi-site environment in the UK and Ireland - Escalate complex issues to Senior IT team members or external system providers where appropriate - Utilise the IT Helpdesk system to log, manage, and administer user tickets, supporting KPI reporting and service performance monitoring - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networked hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and peripheral equipment - Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Woodside business applications, including TMS (Transport Management Systems), EDI platforms, financial systems, and related software - Support Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management - Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra, Microsoft Copilot, and associated applications - Set up and configure hardware and software for new starters and departmental changes - Support mobile device management across the Group - Accurately record, track, and document IT support activities and resolution processes - Travel occasionally to UK and Ireland sites as required to provide on-site support - Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across all divisions - Operate in line with organisational policies, procedures, and IT governance standards - Contribute positively to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives - Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned to the role, as required
