Requirements
Must:
- Experience in an IT support role
- Solid expertise in Microsoft operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Knowledge and skills in VMware
- Ability to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot technology
- Good communication skills for assisting and training users
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-house computer systems, wireless infrastructure, switches, routers, desktops, and relevant peripherals
- Install and maintain IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems as they arise
- Support the data center and maintain connectivity
- Collaborate with IT team members across different locations
- Support and develop systems and work on IT-related projects
- Provide excellent customer service to users at multiple sites
- Travel to other sites around the group as needed
