Requirements
Must:
- Experience in customer support or customer success within a software/SaaS environment
- Exceptional, confident interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication

- UK-based and available during core UK working hours

Description
We are a growing, product-led PropTech business dedicated to supporting UK landlords and property investors. This remote, part-time role requires about 25 hours per week, typically from 10am to 3pm, with flexibility as needed. By becoming our first dedicated Customer Success & Support Specialist, youll have a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience, working closely with the founder and making a visible impact.
