Requirements
Must:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of multivendor network infrastructure, with experience using tools like Itential IAP to provide service catalogues.
- Familiarity with SDN environments, controllers, and migration solution design, including test cases such as Cisco NSO as SDN controller.
- Experience in Agile-based design and implementation.
- Knowledge of automation and network orchestration across network platform environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and translate needs into automation solutions.
- Proficient in converting requirements into clear user stories, with defined acceptance criteria, and prioritizing based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to align business objectives with development activities.
- Capable of acting as the bridge between business and delivery teams, ensuring transparent communication channels.
- Experience as a Product Owner/Scrum Master, providing direction to a squad team and ensuring smooth progress in line with initiative and epic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and develop automation solutions that enhance network infrastructure.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and manage the prioritization process.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and the definition of done.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or ADO, for creating epics and user stories.
- Write comprehensive solution designs, architecture documentation, test cases, and automation scripting.
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
